At Shahmeer Solar House, we aim to provide reliable solar products and complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7–30 days of purchase.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • An invoice or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Important: Solar equipment that has been installed or used cannot be returned unless proven faulty after inspection.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Installed Solar Panels & Inverters

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Used or physically damaged items

  • Clearance / Discounted / Sale items


Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are approved only after product inspection.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.

Refund may be rejected or partially refunded if:

  • The product shows signs of use

  • Parts or accessories are missing

  • The product is damaged due to customer handling


Exchange Policy

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

In case of a faulty item, the customer must report the issue within 48–72 hours of delivery or installation.
