Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must include:

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Policy

Refunds are only approved in the following situations:

  • The ordered product is unavailable after payment.
  • A return request has been approved after inspection.
  • The wrong product was delivered and a replacement is not available.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Policy

Products covered by an official Brand Replacement Warranty will be replaced according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.

Warranty claims are handled after inspection and approval by the respective brand or authorized service center.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Packaging Photos
  • A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), return shipping charges will be covered by Shahmeer Solar House.
  • If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure if eligible.
